The folks at Southeastern Foxbodies are taking their love of Fox Body Mustangs and combining it with a charity to build a Mustang for raffle donations. Check out the blog for details on their Fox Body Mustang they are building. Dubbed "Project Save-A-Fox", this Pony will be raffled off at Mustang Week 2013 to benefit charity!
Project Vehicle: 1989 Hatch, 4cyl 5spd…runs and drives(donated by Out to Pasture Pony Parts)
Primary Build location: Fox Mustang Restoration, Locust NC
Type of Giveaway: Raffle with maximum of 5,000 tickets being sold. Minimum of 90% of the net proceeds will go to charity.
Drawing date: Mustang Week 2013 – Saturday Cruise-in at Colonial Mall
Initial Build Theme: Take a Fox destined for the scrapper and perform a complete restoration with a 351w based motor, manual transmission, and build it with donated parts(new and used). The finished product is something that the new owner can drive daily, enjoy at car shows, or take to a occasional track day. Think “Overhaulin”, but with over a year to build!
