Carroll Shelby’s passing last May impacted not only the Mustang community but also the entire industry. To honor Shelby on what would have been his 90th birthday, the Petersen Automotive Museum is hosting at tribute to the man and his cars.
Presented by Hillbank Motor Sports and Superformance, the Carroll Shelby Tribute Cruise-will be held on Saturday, January 12, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Parking is free for all Shelbys and other special interest cars, with VIP parking for Shelby vehicles (Cobras, Mustangs, Tigers, etc.). Drivers will receive two for one admission to the Petersen. A People’s Choice Award will be presented.
The Petersen is offering discounted admission to all show participants. Breakfast and lunch will be available at Johnny Rockets, including chili in honor of Carroll Shelby.
