The 2012 Mustang Dream Giveaway, a nationwide drawing sponsored by WorldCause Foundation, comes to an end in less than three weeks.
By making a tax-deductible donation by entering to win a pair of matching Shelbys, plus $50,000 cash to help pay the prize taxes, entrants will be supporting wounded veterans and other fine causes. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM on July 4, 2012.
Included in the 2012 Mustang Dream Giveaway grand prize package is a ’67 Shelby GT500 and a supercharged ’12 Shelby GT500. Both will be awarded to one lucky winner.
The ’67 GT500 is finished in Raven Black with red LeMans stripes and has been on display in the Lingenfelter Museum for the past four years. The ’12 GT500 was designed to match the 67’s iconic heritage. Ford Racing has transformed it into a 750hp supercar.
WorldCause Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) humanitarian organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for all inhabitants of this planet, will provide grants to both the Paralyzed Veterans Outdoor Recreation Heritage Fund and Henry Ford Health System from the proceeds of the giveaway.
The Paralyzed Veterans Outdoor Recreation Heritage Fund provides seriously injured heroes opportunities to enrich their lives through adaptive sports and recreational activities.
