This summer, Royal Purple will launch two contests that will send three lucky winners to the SEMA Show on Nov. 1- 4.
Courtesy of Royal Purple, two winners will have the opportunity to show off their rides as feature vehicles, and one winner will attend the show to take in all of the sights and sounds that the show has to offer.
The annual SEMA Automotive Aftermarket Show, held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, is the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world. It is not open to the public, so to gain entry as a consumer is considered a priceless opportunity.
The Royal Purple Show It Off at SEMA contest will launch July 5 on the Royal Purple Facebook fan page. Royal Purple fans who want the chance to show their vehicle as a feature car at the SEMA Show can submit a photo of their vehicle and a short essay why Royal Purple should select his or her vehicle.
Entries will be accepted until July 19. Online voting will take place July 19 – 27. From ten finalists, two winners will be selected by a panel of judges and will be announced on the Royal Purple Facebook fan page on Friday, July 29 at 12 p.m. CST.
Entrants must meet SEMA Feature Vehicle guidelines: “Vehicles must be unique and aligned with the industry; e.g. race vehicles, custom sport compacts, prototypes, project cars, antiques, and classics. Stock vehicles with minor modifications will not be accepted.”
A separate MaxFilm Send Me to SEMA contest will launch Aug. 1. Royal Purple has been posting facts about their multi-purpose synthetic lubricant MaxFilm since mid-June leading up to the start of the contest. Royal Purple will credential one lucky winner and a guest to the SEMA Show where he or she will have the opportunity to explore the SEMA Show at their leisure. Each of the contest winners will be invited to a Winner’s Dinner, provided Royal Purple wearables for the show, and will also have portions of their experience photographed and videotaped.
