Roush Injured in Plane Crash

Jack Roush, co-owner of Roush Fenway Racing and chairman of Roush Enterprises, has been hospitalized following a plane crash at Wittman Regional Airport in OshKosh, Wis.

In town for the annual EAA AirVenture show, Roush was landing his Hawker Beechcraft Premier jet when the accident occurred. He was transported to a local hospital.
 
Dr. Kevin Wasco, the attending physician, says that Roush is in serious but stable condition. His injuries are not life threatening.

Jack Roush was transferred to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn.,on Wednesday evening.

Following surgery Tuesday night related to the facial damage sustained in the accident, he remains in serious but stable condition. He will continue to be treated at Mayo Clinic for his facial injuries.

2. August 2 update from Roush Industries:

Jack Roush was upgraded to fair condition on Sunday evening at Mayo Clinic. He will continue to be treated for facial injuries sustained in his plane crash last week. There has been no timetable set for his release from the hospital.
