The West's Best Kept Secret

If you missed the 10th Annual Intermountain Mustang & All-Ford Stampede in Park City, Utah, you missed the best kept secret in the American West.

Park City, Utah played host to the Winter Olympics in 2002 and no wonder.  It is one of the most beautiful places on earth where Salt Lake City's population flocks for peace, quiet, and snow.  In August of each year, SLC flocks to Park City to see the Mustangs at the Annual Intermountain Mustang & All-Ford Stampede.

When the Northern Utah Mustang Owner's Association (NUMOA) launched this show a decade ago, it was staged on a huge parking lot just below the slopes some distance from downtown.  As Park City has embraced the NUMOA and this annual event through the years, it has been moved to the downtown area where Mustangs and all kinds of Fords, Lincolns, and Mercurys are displayed along with an atmosphere of good music, great food, and a host of specialty shops within brief walking distance.

We highlight this wonderful show because it was host to the Mustang Club of America Grand National in 2008 with a spectacular turnout.  If you haven't discovered this event, it's time you did.  Get to know the Northern Utah Mustang Owner's Association.  We invite you to attend the Intermountain Mustang & All-Ford Stampede in 2011.  For more information and a good shot at regular communication from the NUMA, visit their website at www.numoa.webs.com.
