Coming up in Mustang Monthly later on this year - Street Performance Tech for those of you with 4.6L SOHC 2V and 3V engines.

We've been chatting with Dave Fuller at Summit Racing Equipment about easy, exciting bolt-on modifications you can make to Ford's 4.6L SOHC V-8 engine, which has been available in the Mustang GT since 1996.  Because these engines and the cars they power have already received abundant press in late model titles also published here at Source Interlink, we haven't given them much attention at Mustang Monthly because our forte is the classics - and we will continue to remain true to the classics as time goes on.

However, our classic Mustang readers also tend to drive late model high performance Mustangs daily while their vintage Mustangs stay in the garage, waiting for a nice weekend drive.  Our objective is to show you how to make your late model Mustang's heart beat faster with performance solutions from Summit Racing Equipment.  That means we're going to show you how to bolt on nice power adders and good looking accessories - not the wild and crazy blowers, big heads, and other stuff our other titles do.  We're talking nice upgrades you can make over a weekend without putting your Mustang GT or Cobra out of service for an extended period of time. Then, when you fire it up, there won't be any surprises, just a nice ride you can enjoy the commute in without it jarring your coffee cup out of the console.

Stay tuned for the action in your Mustang Monthly Magazine.
