Testing has shown an average power increase of 18 horsepower and 14 ft/lbs of torque with a weight almost identical weight to the factory single exhaust. The system slips on directly behind the catalytic converter using stainless steel clamps that eliminate any welding. This exhaust uses a high flowing x-pipe that exits with four-inch rolled edge polished exhaust tips. Two cuts on the rear fascia are required to accommodate the larger tips, but Borla provides a simple template to make this an easy operation.
