The Carroll Shelby Children’s Foundation is raffling a ‘08 Mustang that has been transformed into a Terlingua Racing Team edition Shelby with the optional supercharged engine.
Proceeds from the raffle will go into an endowment to perpetuate the Children’s Foundation’s effort to help children worldwide battle life-threatening illnesses while promoting the importance of organ and tissue donation.
"The Win-a-Shelby raffle is very popular because it gives enthusiasts an opportunity to own a wonderful piece of history and also benefit children in need," said Carroll Shelby.
The Foundation will display the Terlingua Mustang after a number of automotive legends sign the car. Raffle tickets will be sold at various events. Tickets are also available at the Foundation’s website, www.winashelby.org. Anyone who purchases the 5-ticket package for $100 will receive a Terlingua Racing Team sticker.
